Been punting on Tenobet for the spring, and I figure I have enough experience to say something useful. Came across it off a mate of mine who wanted somewhere with decent slot coverage without the usual affordability checks you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: this isn't UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn't on the GamStop scheme, which is either the point or a dealbreaker.
The lobby is pretty huge — roughly 3,000+ slots last I looked, with the names you'd want are all there: Pragmatic, Net Ent, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming's back catalogue. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza, which both load quick in browser. Live side is Evolution, so you know what you're getting — actual dealers, Crazy Time for a change of pace. There's a sportsbook too, and it I've dabbled in on footy, it's fine, nothing more.
On the sign-up offer is a 100% match to ?125 plus 100 free spins, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn't apply. Read the wagering first, it's not amazing but not predatory to be honest. No no-deposit freebie unfortunately. For the the live offers, have a look over on tenobet casino rather than taking my word for it. Min deposit's a tenner, the form took maybe two minutes.
Cashouts have been generally fine in my experience. Cards go through, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins if you prefer. My Skrill cashouts have landed in under 24 hours; card payouts took a bit longer. My main gripe was KYC — it took about two days to verify me, so the first cashout sat waiting until that cleared. Not dodgy, but slow.
Few more things: there's no app, so you're on browser only. It's responsive enough on my iPhone though an app would be nicer. The login sometimes gets fiddly in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is fine — maybe five minutes to get a human, though the opening messages read like templates. Ask a specific question and someone competent turns up.
